Mommy and Me Yoga

Attach deeply while finding balance with baby! This class focuses on a gentle flow of movement and breath, while connecting deeply with your baby. We will openly discuss the natural healing process needed for your body after baby. We will work towards gently rebuilding strength and the rejuvenation of the mind, body and soul. Open to all babies 8 weeks old up to crawlers.
