Monthly Orchard Dinner featuring Chef Shawn of Amuzae

Join us for a Seasonal Cider Pairing Dinner at the Angry Orchard Innovation Cider House featuring the culinary talents of Chef Shawn Hubbell of Amuzae Catering. Dinners will feature small plate appetizers and a four-course menu complete with small batch New York cider styles available exclusively at the Cider House. Chef Hubbell's team uses only the finest local and artisanal ingredients found in the Hudson Valley and surrounding areas. Each course's specialty cider paring will be specifically curated by our Head Cider Maker, Ryan Burk.
