Multi-Style Vinyasa Yoga with Lisa Watkins

A vinyasa class that can be fast or slower paced following the basic tenets of coordinating breath and movement as well as focusing on some aspect of yoga philosophy. Sequences are influenced by a variety of vinyasa traditions including Ashtanga, Jivamukti and Kripalu.
