Music & Movement with Abby Lappen

Join local singer, songwriter, choreographer and dancer Abby Lappen for weekly fun exploring creative arts through music and movement! Abby Lappen leads a joyful combination of creative movement and song with live music on guitar and percussion. Class themes include exploration of animal nature and natural elements, developing rhythm, locomotive skills, balance, strength and flexibility. Ages 18 months to 6 years. Children must be accompanied by an adult guardian, who is encouraged to participate!
