National Diabetes Prevention Program

Participants can sign up for either a 4:30 p.m. or 6 p.m. one-hour session. For 16 weeks on consecutive Mondays, sessions will help them understand their food cravings, manage stress, develop healthy eating habits and add physical activity to their daily routines. Then they will meet with the lifestyle coaches on a monthly basis for a year to follow up and maintain the healthy changes.
