New Mother's Adjustment Support Group

$125 for 8 sessions, $20 for drop-in if space allows. Babies in arms welcome. Come join us and see how nurturing and validating it can be when mothers gather together in an environment where they feel free to discuss the more difficult feelings – loss, anxiety, depression, worry, sadness, confusion and fear – that can arise after having a baby. Onsite childcare may be available for pre-registered crawlers and up. This Ongoing Support Group is designed to facilitate the sharing of both practical and emotional concerns of mothers who are dealing with postpartum adjustment, stress, depression and/or anxiety.
