Noel 2014

A titan taught me. A giant with a banjo.

I had bobby socks on my feet.

Forgiveness takes strength, he said to the

words of Jose Marti—that song that begins

as a love story and in the end, offers roses

to the enemy.

The chords sent shivers up his spine each

vertebra at a time, just to sing with

Everybody like that in the same language.

This was his dream.

Thank you Pete
