Nourishing Flow Yoga will be led by Jess Blake who has been teaching yoga for over 10 years. She is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, with thousands on hours of study in anatomy, restoratives, somatics, meditation, prenatal, trauma-informed and therapeutic style practices.
