One Billion Rising Ulster County

One Billion Rising Ulster County presents Gwen Wright, executive director of the Office for the Prevention of Domestic Violence for New York State. Wright will honor Ulster County Executive Michael P. Hein for his commitment to putting an end to domestic violence. Members of the Kingston High School football team will also be honored for raising awareness of domestic violence. There will be other speakers and music.
