In this training I’m going to teach you to breathe properly to keep body, mind and nervous system strong (98% of you don’t do this one simple thing). I will also show you special breath techniques I learned in Yoga and Martial Arts training to heal, strengthen, calm, ground, and activate Chi/Prana and move energy to help heal yourself and others
