Open Movement Improvisation Jam

Come add your unique movement signature and dance with the growing HV improvisation community. We love practicing contact improvisation, and also playing with elements of authentic movement, release technique, hip-hop house, 5-rhythms, movement theater, improv composition and anything else you want to bring with your body. (Contact Improvisation is a playful exploration of how bodies in contact can dance together, responsive to touch, weight, momentum and curiosity).
