This year, Open to the Sky invites creative exploration of The Space Between perceived opposites. It provides time and space to press pause on transitions and connections; to move around in the openings between ideas or states of being.
For eight days, this roofless structure will be home to discussions, learning, workshops, stories, and
singing, offered by members of the Beacon community and beyond. There are programs for all ages and visitors are invited to bring picnics. Among the scheduled events are: Beacon Mayor Randy Casale, holding open office hours; folk singer Dar
Williams teaching about community building and Inbal Schlosberg, teaching and answering questions about Women Wage Peace. See website for events and details.
