Opening Reception: Stanford Kay: Collected Works

Opening Reception: 6-8 PM. The artist will be present and the public is invited. On exhibition will be 10 paintings, created from last few years from the artist’s ongoing “Gutenberg Variations” series. Gutenberg Variations refers to paintings and books that are depositories of ideas. We experience the pages of a book as flat black ink on white paper, but a book has space in the way a painting has space, through ideas and conventions. Up through March 15.
