Opening Reception- Turjanski-Villard/ Zukowski

The themes of movement, space and communication are a constant in Lila Turjanski-Villard's sculpture, exploring the trajectories of bodies in rhythm with space. For Lila, the catharsis resides in escape from the bonds of gravity. Lisa Zukowski works both two dimensionally and sculpturally in multiple media and balances her studio time by teaching Gelatin Printmaking workshops and annual art holiday in Tuscany. Included in this exhibit are her latest series: “Offerings” and her “Clootie Wall”- an interactive work recently exhibited in Germany. Exhibition: 5/17 thru 6/9
