Outdoor Kid's Yoga at The O Zone

Kids ages 5-12, come join us for outdoor yoga at the O Zone! Together, we will make yoga shapes with our bodies, use our imaginations to take a “Yoga Adventure”, play games, learn how to use our breath to calm down, and learn simple, kid-friendly meditation. Not only will kids have FUN in this class, but they will also come away with tools they can use any time they feel stress or anxiety—perfect for Back to School! What to bring: A yoga mat or towel, a water bottle, and a mask (to use used in certain circumstances)
