Pasta Primo Vino

The 12 wineries of the Shawangunk Wine Trail offer a variety of Hudson Valley wines paired with pasta dishes during Pasta Primo Vino, their annual spring weekend event. On Saturday, April 13, and Sunday, April 14, from 10am to 6pm, wine enthusiasts and foodies can embark on a self-guided food-and-wine pairing tour. Participating wineries include Adair Vineyards, Applewood Winery, Robibero Winery, Whitecliff Vineyard & Winery, Baldwin Vineyard, Palaia Winery, Brimstone Hill Vineyard, Glorie Farm Winery, Benmarl Winery, Stoutridge Vineyards, and Brotherhood Winery. To ensure safe travel along the trail, designated drivers can buy tickets at a reduced price. Attendees receive a souvenir Shawangunk Wine Trail wine glass at their designated starting location.
