For the performance, the use of phones, cameras, or other recording devices will not be allowed. Audience members will instead be issued a special Yondr brand pouch in which to put their devices for the length of the show. Attendees guests will be able to hold onto the pouches, but will be unable to access their devices until they return to a Yondr unlocking station in the theater lobby. It certainly sounds like an interesting and noble concept, that of a technology-free event in 2019.
