Plein Air Painting Workshop

Students will be guided through approaches and techniques of painting, color mixing, and brushwork. Discussions on composition, value, color, edges, aesthetics, atmospheric perspective, and simplification and massing will also be offered.  We will begin the afternoon with an instructor demonstration; then students will create their own full color field paintings (plein air) to capture the location.
