Poem: Sandy Feet

Words are full of meaning.
It is very important to keep things flowing.
When I can’t find the words I feel dumb and empty.
I feel empty in my head.
Like a shell.
My eyes look inside.
I’m not scared when I look inside and can’t find the words.
I’m worried.
I don’t want anyone knowing anything about this problem that I have.
I’m worried that I can’t express myself.
Embody. Vent. Utter. Myself.
Like the ocean on the shore,
When I look inside and can’t find the words.
