Pottery workshops

L'Impatience is now offering pottery workshops! - Wheel-throwing: Learn how to throw a piece on a pottery wheel. After a demonstration, it will be your turn to sit at a wheel and learn how to center a ball of clay on the wheel, lift up the walls and start shaping a piece. - Hand carving: Discover the different techniques of hand carving to decorate your own ceramic pieces. You will be provided with two wheel-thrown tumblers to decorate. .After the workshop, pieces will be glazed and fired, and available for pickup 3-4 weeks afterwards.
