Puppy Dog Tales

The Tivoli Free Library will be visited by our friend, a certified therapy dog named Harley. Harley loves to listen to children read books to him! If your child is a new or reluctant reader, or just wants to practice reading to a patient, nonjudgmental listener, drop in and see us. Your child will meet Harley and his human, Karen, and have the chance to read a book to him. Bring your child’s favorite book or borrow one of ours. Programs like this have been proven to increase children’s reading ability and confidence!
