Beginning July 11th, join Jenna Hunt for Qigong Thursdays this summer. Qigong is a gentle, low-impact Chinese Medicine practice focused on flowing movement, breath control, and calming the mind. Jenna, a certified Medical Qigong instructor with over 20 years of dance experience, will lead the sessions. No special equipment or clothing is required.
