This is a weekly online interactive yoga session.
The class is a 50 minute yoga class via Zoom, please sign-up to join the class and to receive your personalized invite.
There is breathing, meditation, stretching, movement, and relaxation.
This is an open level class and modifications are made during the practice.
Have a yoga mat, block, strap, pillow, and any props you may need.
