Speakers are Dr. Jodi Friedman,Geriatrician, from the Center for Healthy Aging of Northern Dutchess Hospital. She will provide Tips on Staying Active and Healthy Winter. Also Marie Monroe of NDH Fitness Center will show exercises to do at home as we age.
