Rockland Wellness Retreat

Includes joint and separate activities for people with Alzheimer's or related dementias and their family caregiver. Complimentary breakfast and lunch provided. Workshops will include: Healthy Tips for Healthy Living, Creative Gardening for the Fall, Therapeutic Art through expressive painting, Stress Management techniques, Music Social, and Yoga exercises for the beginner.
