Route 66: Outside In presents photography of time erased and nature’s erosion and recreations. Her photos seek answers to some of life’s most seemingly intractable questions. The questions she pursues are: what happens to what we try to create, try to maintain, try to preserve? She has spent the past five decades photographing this nexus between decay and rebirth. These photos trace the process of change, as nature reclaims human creation.
