Sandra Koponen: Calendar Project; Oil Paintings & Sculpture

Sandra Koponen is painting a 5'x6' "calendar" of each month of 2022. .While evoking the seasons, she processes and references disturbing blows to humanity and the environment by working them into fields of color and abstraction. The paintings invite you in with color, and become a contemplation of the time in which we live. Also on view her sonic sculpture, August Muse and sculpture of eyeglasses, Myopuc Sea.
