This two hour practice with Kara Panetta will include a half hour discussion about how the Yama’s and Niyama’s of yoga can strengthen our core self. Spring is the time that we usually decide to work on our “core” in order to be ready for the beach and summer outings. What if we looked beyond our abdominals and dove a lot deeper? Are we ready to take on the summer as our most authentic selves? Are we strong in who we are as yoga practitioners off of our mats?
