When life is busy and many problems come our way, we often react by becoming frustrated or discouraged. Suitable for everyone, this series of classes will present practical techniques for you to let go of challenging thoughts and feelings, to discover an inner wealth of peace and well-being, and become more patient, generous and wise. The class includes guided meditations, practical advice on how to maintain the experience of inner peace in daily life and time to discuss the ideas presented. Taught by Buddhist Nun, Kelsang Chenma.
