Join Dr. Brown and his wife, Dr. Gerbarg as they teach you how to dissolve your pain and stress. Learn three powerful practices: Breath~Body~Mind, Qigong movements to enhance circulation, and Open Focus Attention Training for pain reduction. This workshop addresses chronic back pain, stress, sports injuries, arthritis, and much more. This day package includes all Tame Your Pain/ Tame Your Stress sessions along with 4 meals for $390* per adult (tax and gratuity additional). Please Note: Since each program session builds upon the other, participants must attend all sessions.
