The region’s culinary event of the season will take place at the Columbia County Fairgrounds. Local chefs, farmers, winemakers, and breweries will showcase a wide range of food grown and prepared in the Hudson Valley. Participating businesses include American Glory BBQ, Chatham Brewing, and Jane’s Ice Cream.
