Teen Sound Circle

Are you feeling overwhelmed and anxious? Teen Sound Circle can help! This summer, join Sarah Van Buren for an exploration of Deep Listening – a set of group listening and sounding exercises, meditations, and movements which will encourage a broader awareness of the world, heightened creativity, and an enhanced calmness. Teen ages 14 to 18 are invited to the gazebo at the Henry Hudson Waterfront Park on Wednesdays between 2:30 and 4:30pm. Register ahead of time by emailing [email protected]. No experience necessary!
