Poughkeepsie's Half Moon Theater hosts their third annual festival featuring work by Hudson Valley dramatists. This year's theme—“Poughkeepsie 12601”—celebrates the city in record time with 10 short vignettes set in recognizable locations, such as Walkway Over the Hudson and Vassar College.
