Tenth Annual La Guelaguetza Festival

Experience a traditional cultural festival from Oaxaca, Mexico right here in the Hudson Valley! The festival begins with a dancer representing the Corn Goddess leading a procession of all participating groups to the stage including: Grupo Folclórico de Poughkeepsie, Ballet Folklorico Mexicano de Nueva York, Ballet Folklórico Guadalupano, Ballet Costa Chica New Jersey, and Zaadxil Danza de los Sanctions. Special for our tenth year is live music by Banda Azul de Oaxaca from the State of Oaxaca.
