That Sugar Film

A documentary suitable for the whole family in the vein of “Supersize Me,” screened in collaboration with the Roundout Valley Holistic Health Community. Film maker Damon Gameau embarks on a unique 2 month experiment to document the effect of a high sugar diet on a healthy body; the twist is that he consumed only processed foods that are commonly perceived as "good for you."
