In this workshop, Lama Tsultrim Yeshe and Trish Malone (MA, LCSW) teach three practices: how to forgive yourself for the harm you have caused yourself and others; how to forgive others for the harm they caused you; and then how to cope with people who have not forgiven you. This retreat includes sitting and walking meditation, talks, workshops, eating in silence, and one-on-one conversations with the teachers.
