The Inner Critic and The Four Immeasurables with Jan Chozen Bays, Roshi

This long weekend is a chance to study with one of the great Zen teachers of our time. Roshi will spend Friday offering tools to help transform our relationship to the Inner Critic. On Saturday, She'll offer an introduction to practices designed to unfold the compassion of the awakened heart through the Four Immeasurables.
