THE LOCKWOOD GALLERY is pleased to present "LIKELY STORY," a solo exhibition of paintings by Hudson Valley-based artist D. Jack Solomon. Dominique Nahas, writing about D. Jack Solomon's paintings: "...their iconography of shapes, forms, characters and symbol sets seem to teem and wiggle with life..." Sounds like a Likely Story! "LIKELY STORY" features a broad selection of Solomon’s Funny Papers, Small Abstracts and his revered Small Talk series endeavoring to confirm, amongst other things, both the wiggle and the life! – AG "LIKELY STORY" opens at THE LOCKWOOD GALLERY Thursday, February 4th, 4-7 p.m. and continues to Sunday, March 7th.
