The Sacred Run, the lotus and the feather is a 55-minute documentary film by Andrea Sadler. The evening will honor Dennis Banks (April 12, 1937–October 29, 2017), who with First Nation people from North America and Japan, were joined by volunteers on a ceremonial run finishing in Hiroshima and Nagasaki. This remarkable physical and spiritual journey of a diverse group of all ages voyaging 4,000 km along the Sea of Japan, carried the simple message, that All Life is Sacred.
