Third Annual Team Hope Walk For Huntington’s Disease

ArchCare at Ferncliff Nursing Home and the Center for Neurodegenerative Care at ArchCare at Ferncliff in Rhinebeck have once again joined forces with the New York region of the Huntington’s Disease Society of America to sponsor the third annual Team Hope Walk– Hudson Valley to raise funds for Huntington’s disease (HD) research and programs that support people with HD and their families in the Hudson Valley.
