Chef Tomáš is known for experimenting with flavors and his creative specials, including gluten-free and vegan options. It is now the only Hudson Valley restaurant serving Yak and Mangalica meats, locally sourced from a farm in the Catskills (limited availability).
Live performances by local musicians are enjoyed on Friday and Saturday evenings.
