Join us to welcome Miriam Rubin into our kitchen. She will be demonstrating several recipes from her book, Tomatoes. Stop by anytime during the event to chat with Miriam and try a taste of her tomato creations. There will signed copies of Tomatoes available for purchase. Earlier in the day, Miriam will be in the book tent at the Hudson Farmers Market.
