Tompkins Corners Presents "Love Letters"

Tompkins Corners Cultural Center will present A.R. Gurney’s play, “Love Letters” with Brian Keeler and Peggity Price, directed by Joseph Capone, on Saturday, April 7th at 7:30 pm. The play is a tender, tragi-comic examination of the shared nostalgia, missed opportunities, and deep closeness of two lifelong, complicated friends. While spanning five decades and numerous locations, it is staged simply, with two actors sitting in cozy chairs, as their words describe a world of emotion. The reading will be free to the public, with donations going to support continuing upgrades to the historic site on Peekskill Hollow Road.
