"Tools & Teachings for Trying Times" for grades 9-12

This 4-week program is an offering to Hudson Valley teens designed to build resiliency, coping skills, and inner peace. Each class will include guided meditations, story-telling, teachings on the science of the mind, reflection exercises, and practical tools to take with you, followed by a Q&A session. This program is offered over Zoom and enrollment is limited to 15 participants per section; applications will be accepted until each section is full. Youth may register for the Tuesday OR Thursday group. Each group will meet once per week for four consecutive weeks in April of 2020
