In this introductory workshop, well-known Hudson Valley landscape painter and teacher Anne Johann will demonstrate how to choose and mix colors to ensure more dynamic paintings. She will explore why it is important to consider color choice as well as value and temperature to get the results you want. Anne says, "Being conscious of all three attributes of color is what makes the difference between a dynamic and a dull painting.” Following the free workshop, Anne will conduct a 4-week hands-on outdoor watercolor class on Tuesdays, June 15, 22, 29, and July 6, from 1:00-3:30 at a fee of $140.
