Upstate Art Weekend at Garrison Art Center

For Upstate Art Weekend, July 21-24, Garrison Art Center will feature the incredible work of James Murray, a sculpture-teaching artist, throughout the grounds of the Art Center including the riverfront park of Garrison’s Landing. July 22nd, and July 23rd, from 12 - 5 pm, Murray will give a steam bending demonstration along with wood assembly inspired by Louise Nevelson. Visitors can watch and learn from one of the most experienced educators and artists in the field. This is a free event and open to the public. Garrison Art Center is located just steps from the Garrison Metro-North train station.
