This interactive and extremely appetizing evening will be a fun way to learn everything you need to know about cooking the perfect paella. Starting with the preparation of the aromatic sofrito and cooking the saffron scented rice to combining everything in the paella pan, Sarah Jay will guide the group through the preparation of two variations—a chicken and sausage paella and a vegetarian paella.
