Variegated

The dictionary defines 'variegated' as something streaked or marked with different colors. That word embraces our mission as artists and textile designers: we create unique housewares streaked with color and characterized by great variety. Among the treasures at Variegated are distinctive bedding, table linens, tote bags, silk-screened t-shirts and even dog toys, all designed and produced in the studio behind the store. Variegated also features the best of housewares and art pieces from independent artists and designers, many from the Hudson Valley region. Items include hand-thrown pottery, handcrafted baskets, unique jewelry, hand-forged chandeliers, and wall lighting, and a well-curated collection of vintage ceramics. Holiday hours for the month of December: Wednesday-Saturday 11:00am until 7:00pm, Sunday 11:00am until 4:00pm.
