Mariya Nikolova is the editor of the International Review of the Red Cross, and will join professors Maria Höhn (history and international studies), Ismail Rashid (history), and Diane Harriford (sociology), and Sam Speers, director of the Office of Religious and Spiritual Life for a panel discussion on worldwide refugee crisis.
