Vegetarian chef and cookbook author Amanda Cohen will be signing copies of her popular restaurant cookbook, "Dirt Candy" at bluecashew Kitchen Pharmacy in Rhinebeck this Sunday, February 3rd, from 2pm to 5pm. You will get to taste Portobello Mousse, which is an appetizer at her Dirt Candy NYC restaurant in the East Village. It's very hard to get a reservation at Dirt Candy NYC, so this free sample might be the closest you will get to dining at Cohen's restaurant.
